My weight is 91 kg and I want to reduce it upto 20 kg and want to make body fit and attractive. If I just want to maintain it within 2 months what can I do. What should be my diet plan and exercise plane.

Hi, I'm sure you wouldn't have gained 20 kgs in 2 months so you shouldn't have the target to loose such a big weight in a short span. My advice would be to follow a diet and make it a life style change rather than follow any fad diet and once stopped you would put on all the weight back.
