I am diabetic can I eat mutton, chicken or fish.

For a diabetic it is best advised to have a diet planned as per the sugar levels, lifestyle and history. Though you can follow some guidelines - you can have mutton once in 15 days, chicken twice a week and fish thrice or 4 times a week. Just see to it that the preparation is not too oily or spicy and that the meat is cooked well. Meats will be the protein source in your meal so you can have it in place of your dals or pulses.
