I am a 62 years old man. I am 5'10' and my weight is round about 90 kilos. My full body is OK. But I have a pot belly. I am planing to take Green Tea in the morning empty stomach instead of Black tea with milk. Is it advisable?

First thing to take on empty stomach is two glasses of water. This is good for health. After that as per your choice/taste you can take normal/green tea because green tea does not reduce weight. It only reduces weight in advertisements, not in real life. The only way to reduce weight is by diet and calories control with exercise.
