In my Echo report Ventricular Septum shown as concentric LVH. What is it, and which doctor I should consult.

The most common reason for isolated Concentric LVH in your age would be your blood pressure not being well controlled for a long time. Discuss it with your physician and discuss the same with him, You need titration in the blood pressure medication if you are taking one. Regards.
