I get pain on my right side of face close to jaw bone and wisdom tooth (pain comes and goes) some time very severe. What it can be?

Please visit your dentist and get an xray done for the affected tooth. It could be an impacted wisdom tooth which is impacted or decayed and might have developed infection. Doctor will clinically check it and treat it accordingly.

There would be two conditions. First the simple one is that your wisdom teeth is causing all the pain up to jaw joint and sometime headache. Second is that ,if you have more issue with pain ie frequent headache, ear pain, hissing sound from ear, fine clicking sound from your jaw while moving your jaw, difficulty in opening n closing your mouth, deviated mouth opening etc. Then it might be Tmj disorder (jaw joint disorder. Both have different treatment. So first gets diagnosed your problem and then get treated accordingly.

Visit a dentist every six months for cleaning and a thorough dental check-up. Limit sugary food to avoid tooth decay. Gargle your mouth thoroughly after every meal. Scrub gently to clean your tongue with a tongue cleaner. Floss all your teeth inter dentally & brush twice daily, morning & night, up & down short vertical strokes, with ultra-soft bristles, indicator brush. Tooth brush to be changed every 2 months.
