We are married for the last 8 months. For the last one week my wife had pain in right side of her abdomen and vaginal region. We met a gynaecologist and he asked her to undergo some test including USG ofg whole abdomen, Thyroid profile, FSH, AMH etc. The result of USG says "Gross PID" I would like to know: 1.what does 'Gross PID" means? 2.is it serious/emergency condition? 3.what are we supposed to do? We are visiting our gynaecologist next week. Thanks.
