Hi doctors, I need a proper treatment for my teeth as my age is 25. But my teeth look so bad. Some white spots and attrition cause damage my teeth. I eat allot pomegranates I think they cause white spot. I need a full treatment for my teeth. My lateral incisors are rotated. My teeth not visible in smile. I want proper teeth in an arch. My teeth ate very small in size. It does not looks like permanent dentition. Is it possible? DEAR DOCTORS PLEASE GUIDE ME PROPERLY. HOW MUCH MONEY WILL MY TREATMENT NEEDED? Please tell me.

Visit a dentist every six months for cleaning and a thorough dental check-up. Limit sugary food to avoid tooth decay. Gargle your mouth thoroughly after every meal. Scrub gently to clean your tongue with a tongue cleaner. Floss all your teeth inter dentally & brush twice daily, morning & night, up & down short vertical strokes, with ultra-soft bristles, indicator brush. Tooth brush to be changed every 2 months.
