I am having severe cold when I don't sleep for a normal period of time. For the past few days I am not being able to sleep well. So, my eyes are turning red with constant watering from my eyes. I have allergy cold (allergic to climate change, dust). My concern is majorly with cold, it's occurring to me more frequently and irritating a lot. Is there any possibility to avoid even this cold allergy?

Lack of sleep can reduces your immunity, and hence the cold. Make sure you get enough sleep. In the long run, lack of sleep can even cause heart attacks. For the cold, have plenty of warn liquids. Try steam inhalation twice a day. Drink spicy soups, and cold meds can help.
