Hi Dr, I have a hyperthyroid and been using the neo-Mercazole 5 mg since June, 2017. Recently I have done my thyroid tests and here are my reports: T3: 2.64 ng/ml, T4: 8.87 ng/ml, TSH: 0.005 uIU/mL. A-TPO is 53.20 IU/mL, Free T4: 3.24 ng/dL. My doctor suggested to take neo-mercozile 20 mg for 1 month and then same tablet 10 mg for next months. Get T3, T4, TSH reports after 3 months. What do you suggest about this treatment based on my reports. Kindly let me know please.
