My problem of planter fasciitis not treated yet after showing to 2 orthopaedic Dr. My stay of Ankle was Normal but I was diagnosed with vit d deficiency at level of 6 and Hashimoto Thyroid disorder. And my Endocrinologist Advsd for course of Vit D + Vit B + Calcium + Protien which I took for 3 to 4 months and nothing worked. My Hypo thyroid Level is" 15"for which I am taking Thyroxine 50 mg before and 88 mg now and Random Sugar level is" 95"I am suffering through too much pain in my heel and both sides of ankle.

Chiropractic adjustment will help. ? Use a rolling pin or tennis ball. While seated, roll the rolling pin or ball with the arch of your foot. If you are able to, progress to doing this exercise while you are standing up. ? Toe stretch.
