The hole in you teeth is cavity or caries. You need to get an x-ray done to know about the condition of the pulp. After that it can be decided wether you need filling or rct. Brush regularly two times daily. Rinse your mouth with chlorhexidine mouthwash.

Hello, hole in tooth means cavity. You need to get it filled before it goes deep into the roots and cause infection. You need to go to a dentist get an x ray and then the doctor wil tel you whether you just need filling or mayb you need root canal treatment (if cavity has gone deep and there is infection. So go ahead get yourself checked thats your solution.
