Dear lybrate-user, Weight gain is a slow process but surely possible. You need to follow a high carb, high protein and moderate fat diet. Also need to do weight training every alternate days and cardio once a week for the same. Do feel free to enquire about my weight gain plan. You can start for a month firstly to see results.
