Firstly try to find out what kind of environment increase your discomfort, noise, sunlight, empty stomach, or any meals. Usually empty stomach aggravates alot headache. As occipital headache is usually there take homoeopathic medicine Gelsimium 200 O.D for A week. With these medicine you should increase your water intake. Take frequent meals, avoid fasting. You should cut down sugar intake, chocolates, or spicy meals. If headache is severe then take rest in dark room.
