I'm having panic attacks since 4 or 5 months. Extreme anxiety in chest and difficulty breathing and concentrating, don't feel like talking to anyone because of lack of energy. I consulted a psychiatrist. He prescribed me 50 mg sertraline and 0.5 mg clonotril. I was okay for a two months, but again I have started having panic attacks and anxiety. I live with my mother and husband. My mother is a very negative and depressing person to be with. Half ofmy anxiety is because of her. Please help. My hemoglobin is normal. No other problems. Weight is also normal.
