My 5 years baby boy had problem of urine infection 2 times (one in the age 1. 5 years and other in 4 years) and got blood in urine and bladder cystitis. Doctors treated him with antibiotics. From January we are following him up with Urine routine every month and getting no blood and infection. Recently we gave his sample and got results as - protein and blood - traces, WBC4-5, pus cells - 5-6 etc. Rest was normal. Next day we gave sample to 3-4 labs to test but all tests were normal, what it means? How the lab traced rbc and protein in urine (only traces) and others quality labs did not (normal report)

Might be he is suffering from UTI again as 5-6 pus cells are suggestive of UTI. Get a urine r/m ,urine culture ,complete blood count with esr, ultrasound abdomen and DMSA scan done to rule out other problems.
