During intercourse my wife has a burning sensation in her vagina. What is the reason for this problem or is it normal? Whenever I apply coconut oil on my penis, she doesn't feel that burning sensation. Is it safe to apply oil every time when we have intercourse?

Hello- Good hygiene can help alleviate symptoms of intercourse pain and burning. Avoid scented bath products, such as body washes and shower gels, as they can irritate your genital area and deplete your natural lubrication. Douche with infusions made from antiseptic herbs such as calendula, garlic, goldenseal, fresh plantain, St. John's wort or tea tree oil along with other herbs such as comfrey leaves to soothe irritation.
