Is consuming less carbs not good when I am burning 740 calories minimum per day. I increased my exercise and walk 10000+ steps a day, bodyweight exercise 30 minutes and 30 minutes either Ab exercise, leg exercise. What should I do to increase fat loss and be lean and avoid any problems/diseases or injury? Thanks in advance.
