My sternum aches when I move after sitting in the same position for a long time (like studying for a long time), it aches the first time I move after sitting for a long time then it becomes normal. Moreover it happens more when I have cough and cold. What should I do?

It's due to cough, and allergy do lots of steam and gargling every day and try to eat food on time and avoid spicy food, start tab. Pan40 mg Twice daily half an hour before food along with mucain gel sos.
