Hi. There can be two reasons for pain. As you are saying that the pain is only during chewing the your filling might have high points which needs to be removed. Please get it checked by the dentist. If the pain is severe it means that the infection has reached to the pulp (nerve layer. It should have been checked before the filling has to be done. This teeth of yours will go for Root Canal Treatment (RCT). In Root Canal treatment Pulp Chamber is cleaned and a plasticised material is filled and finally a Crown / Cap is placed on it.

Kindly get an X-ray done of the tooth having pain. May be you will have to get root canal treatment done followed by a cap / crown. Brush your teeth twice daily using correct brushing technique to maintain your oral hygiene.

There are a lot of reasons like because of occlusion not being proper or the cavity might have been few and hence pain could be there so advice would be to get an iopa X-ray done and if possible show it or visit the Dentist to see to the problem.
