I maintain a good oral hygiene And chew a sugar free gum for at least once a day. But I looked closely and I have a very tiny hole in my canine. It's probably less than 0.5 mm in diameter. I will be heading to a dentist in a week or two. But is it something to be worried about?

Get an X-ray done and see a dentist asap, the tooth may need a root canal treatment.
