I had circumcision done when I was baby. Unfortunately, it was done partially incomplete (there was two skin bridges from penis head and foreskin). Exactly two weeks ago, I had a minor laser procedure to sever the bridges). My doctor did not have to stitch me up and it was done in 5 minutes. He told me that I could take shower right away and there is no need to bandage it. He simply prescribed an ointment. Currently, my wounds are healing well (my wounds look like they are from burn). My doctor told me that I could have sex although it may feel uncomfortable. I just want to make sure I am not at higher risk for obtaining STDs including HIV. When can I resume sexual activities safely?
