I am 24 years old male. 15 days ago I underwent an surgery for anal stenosis and chronic fissure. The surgery were lateral internal sphincterotomy and fissurectomy for chronic anal fissure and stricture resection using anoplasty for narrowing of anal canal issue. There is no pain now. The stitches are loosened and will dissolve on its own as told by my surgeon. Its more than two weeks now and there has been some white yellowish like liquid sticky like seen in the area. Due to that there is also little itching like feeling. I don't know what is it? I am taking sits bath three times a day. Please help me I am scared what is it? And whether it will stop on its own or anything else. Please tell in detail.
