My mother's age is 50 and she feels suffocated all time. She feels good when there is someone to talk to but whenever she is alone she feels tense and cries without any tension and problem. And also when she roams outside she feels good there too. But she can not be out all the time. Please provide reason for the above.

Dear Lybrate user it seemed that your mother feels lonely when no one is around her. she feels nice when people are around or when she goes out. it will be better that you structure her daily schedule. she can start her morning with a walk or some yoga and then may be visiting the temple or any place for worship. Make her join some NGO, she can join there as a volunteer. if she is good in any particular skill then let her start with some hobby class or some tuition classes. this will make her busy, she will feel productive and less lonely at home. all the best
