I am 30 years old female, I got severe problem last night, all of a sudden I can not able to poop, after 15 mins of struggle I was able to poop and that was hard but afterwards I can feel there is something inside which needs to come down but I am not able to make it down. I have never had a constipation problem. I can not sleep. What is wrong with my bowel movement all of a sudden.
