I have injured my spine on 6th of april 2014 at the level of C5, C6,C7 and have been stabilised with Titanium. I'm Quadriplegic and able to walk with improper gait due to heavy weakness in my left leg and whole pelvic region and my core muscles are weak too. And my upper limb functions are good till wrist but my finger extensors of both the hands are nill with mild flexion. This is my current self assessment.

Physiotherapy is the only way out. Do proper muscle strengthening exercise and you will get the result.
