I am 21 year old male. I can not sleep properly and when I sleep I am waking up like a current shock was given. And sometimes full body shivers. Sometimes head ache. Sometimes heart aches. Before I have taken treatment and they said it like depression and anxiety. It has been 3 years that I have taken treatment. Now it got worsen. I really need help.
