I have a gas problem. Pain in stomach ,hand ,jaws ,neck and was hospitalized and doctor told its radiculating pain .ultrasound ,ecg was normal. I had a constipation problem also from a long time ,was using ayurvedic med and then lactulose syrup for it. When I feel such civire pain again ,i drink hot lemon water and feel better after passing stool. I have been using lactulose syrup for more than a month .and I wast treated with kshar sutra therapy for anal fistula last year.
