My vit D levels are 6 and B12 is also low, pl suggest dose of vit D3 needed also B12.

For increasing Vit D levels, take 30 mins of sunlight wearing short sleeves shirt and short pants. For B12, take a cup of curd everyday on empty stomach.

For vitamin D theres no good source other than sunlight..expose your bare body to sunlight daily for atleast 20to 30min..early morning sunrays are preferable.. With that you can eat foods or supplements fortified with vitamin D,like orange juices,cheese,some other dairy items With that eat fishes like tuna ,salmon Egg yolks have enough of vit D too..go for soy milk instead of normal milk... for vitaminb12 eat more of green leafy vegetables,mushrooms,egg have vit b12 too,tuna fishes,liver ..
