How good is peanut butter for kids. My son is 5 years old whenever he takes peanut butter he gets cough and I have heard from my grandparents that peanut gives rise to cough.

Hello dear its good for health.. make sure not to consume water after eating peanuts or peanut butter..if your kid gets cough after eating this ,it means his immunity is too low to accept peanut in any form,avoid it simply..the cough he suffers from is a form of allergic cough .. And peanut doesnt causes cough ..but it should be taken during cold and cough due to its waxy and oil rich property..that induces further more suffering
