I had my left knee operated in 2015. I gone through Anterior cruciate ligament am meniscus surgery. I am fine now but still sometimes I feel severe pain. I can?t sit on floor for more than 1-2 mins. What should I do to get relief from such pain.

Hello Muskan... the surgery repairs the injury but you have to take care of somethings... that avoid overflexing the knees like sitting on floor... and abrupt movements... Take homoeopathic treatment to imporve the pain...
