Hello Doctor, Im 45 yera old. From last 2 years I have been experiencing completely weak erection and premature ejaculation problem. earlier I used to have a good sex life. I tried Homeopathic medicines with a local doctor who claimed that within 3 months my problem would be solved wih 3 months medications. But seriously it did not work. Then I stared taking tadalafil 20 mg which I gradually reduced the dosage after taking break of a month. Now im taking tadalafil 2.5 mg everyday along with Himalaya Confido. Infact I want to stop tadalafil 2.5 mg.Is there any alternate Homeopathy to tadalafil? Infact im not married and my marriage is fixed after 3 months with my girlfriend. Seriously I do not know what to do.
