Hi Doctor's, am in process of weight loss currently 79 kg my goal is to come down to 65 by Dec. Every morning am going to gym and doing cardio and strength training. Pls suggest me a diet plan to achieve the goal. Pls note am a bachelor and relied on hotel food only. Also is it advisable to take whey protein or fat burner for healthy weight loss.
