Hi mam I am suffering obesity I am doing power yoga last 6 months and I continue diet from trained nutritionist I lost 4 kg weight in a month I strictly continues my diet but I regained my weight why.

Difficult to tell unless you share your daily food intake. Avoid packed and processed food like all types of biscuits & breads, pasta, noodles, chocolates, ice creams, chips, soft drinks etc. Eat rice, wheat & milk based food in less qty, eat more fruits, veggies, lentil & nuts everyday.
