I am 61 years old and I am suffering from diabetes for last 33 yrs. I am taking insulin two times in a day since 1994. My sgpt and sgot found 70 and 54 respectively. My serum creatinine found .7.is this level of creatinine is low? Is it due to fatty liver? My liver was found fatty on previous diagnosis.

The fatty liver may not be a big problem if you do not have any health problems related to it. So just continue taking the treatment as advised by your doctor and also follow a healthy lifestyle. Do exercise every day (according to your comfort level) and eat only healthy food (avoid outside food ). You can repeat the reports again to see the changes in the liver profile. The creatinine is within normal limits.
