Hello sir. If my penis is in erected state its very hard to retract my skin back, although the foreskin is moving freely when its in non-erected state. I think it's because of short "frenulum" and I don't want to loose my foreskin so I don't want to take circumcision surgery soo I'm thinking to take a frenuloplasty surgery! Whats your suggestion can you please tell me.

Gradual stretching will lead to loosening over a period of time. Doesn't seem that surgery is indicated in oyur case.

If your skin hole size is alright then frenuloplasty will help. If hole is small go for circumcision. It is not necessary to cut whole skin, it may be just adequate so that you can retract your skin freely.
