I am suffering from stress from last month and I also fell very tired.Please advise.

If the stress if from a known factor or life issue, you must deal with it upfront and it will pass over. Stress is not a disorder but a normal human response to tough situations. It may tire ypu out but usually passes over on its own. Moderate physical exercise, Ensuring 8 hours of sleep a day, and a disciplined routine will help you. If the stress is not due a factor you can pinpoint easily or is without a reason, then we need to discuss in detail and make a diagnosis. All the best.
