Hi I am 43 year old. I am suffering from tongue pain since last 5 days. Still I am not taking any medicine. A small red dot is seen on the tongue. And tongue pain is just like burning. I have not any bad habit like smoking and alcohol and tobacco. So please suggest me which medicine I will take.
