Hi, Are there any risks for loss of control, blood clots, fecal incontinence, skin tags after lord's anal dilatation for anal stricture and after stapler surgery for internal piles?

Yes; Lord's anal dilation may lead to stool incontinence due to damage to sphincter muscles. Internal Piles can be managed without surgery by Graded Ksharsutra ligation. Similarly Anal Fissure can be treated by Kshar Karma and Sentinel tag be treated by Graded Ksharsutra Ligation.
