Hi. I had pain in my left testicle for 2 years. Sonography Doppler and color Doppler test of the testicle showed nothing I mean the doctor checked the report and said the impression is all clear. I consulted a urologists he just said drink lots of water minute infection will go away. It did not go away. He did a physical examination and ruled out any lump. Then again I visited another doctor after a year he asked me a lots of question about unprotected sex or any other discharge from penis the answer from my side is all negative never had any unprotected sex or anything he gave me some antibiotics Name cifran -ct for three weeks the pain has reduced a lot I mean almost gone but at times there is burning sensation in the left testicle and the pain does come back if I masturbate. I am just afraid that the pain might come back. Should I take those antibiotics again. Kindly advice.

Hi, no don't take any antibiotics now. Get a pelvic ultrasound to see for any infection. Might require a ct abdomen if any prostrate infection is suspected. Show to a good general surgeon or urologist for further management.
