About 10 days ago, I sprained my ankle while playing football. I landed akwardly on my left foot and went down. I am able to walk properly now but when I straighten or stretch the food forward, there is a pain at the heel/ankle area. This occurs only when I stretch or straighten my foot/ankle. Is this serious? Is this normal? What should I do?
