Is it that root canal treatment and putting of crown are separate treatments and so they charge Rd. 5000/-for root canal and Rs. 5000/- for crown? That is, in total Rs. 10,000/. Is that ok or much more than normal?

Hi, Charges varies according to experience of the doctor. Type of material used. A good doctor who's doing good rct and using best materials for capping will charge you accordingly. 10000 is not too much for both. At least you are in safe hands.
