I had a blood test today so in that my fsh was 2, amh was 4, lh was 8 and prolactin was 38.24. Could it be due to persisting pcod but during my recent scan, doctor said that pcod condition cannot be seen now. One more query recently I had an mri scan of my brain so a prominent soft tissue inflammation can be seen below my right ear. I am experiencing severe headache from past 1 month.

It's not necessary that every PCOD will have positive finding in Usg. Your blood picture is suggestive of PCOD. Serum Prolactin is on higher side which requires medication but first get the inflammation seen in your MRI treated at priority basis.
