I had ankle twist two weeks before. I consulted general physician who advised me to put ice and crepe bandage. I did the same but ignore for some days after pain reduced. Currently, I am doing icing and crepe bandage from last 4-5 days. There is no pain but swelling is still there. What should I do? Can I play in this condition or not?

You can't play in this condition as it will further get worsen. Rest your ankle until the swelling is decreased considerably. If it's not decreasing then you have to take an x ray of ankle to rule out fracture. I would like to follow up your condition. So please feel free to contact me after two days and let me know how you feel after 2-3 days. I will be there to help you.
