Dear Lybrate User, Spermatorrhea is an obsolete word. It is altogether different from gonorrhea. The latter is an STD (sexually transmitted disease) while the first one is a misnomer for involuntary passing of semen at the time of passing urine stools or in sleep. SPermatorrhea is projected as a disorder. Which actually is not However, in your case it is possible that you may be having symptomatic gonorrhea- and mistaking the secretions to be semen. Or you may not be having gonorrhea at all, but mistaking precoital fluids to be gonorrheal secretions. The best solution would be to see an STD specialist (or at least a general physician) immediately, so that, if it is gonorrhea, immediate treatment can be done.
