Hello, I am 30 years old physically fit, from 40 days I was taking FINALO 1 MG (Finasteride) as prescribed by my dermatologist for my hair loss (MPB) and I masturbate daily. But from the last 2 days, my penis is looking soft, unable to get any erection even after watching porn. I am having kind of depression now. What should I do now?

Hello, Finasteride is known to cause sexual dysfunction. It can cause erectile dysfunction which include difficulty in getting an erection, difficulty maintaining an erection or low sexual desire. There are high chances that this might just be psychological. Consult your dermatologist regarding the same. If its caused due to finasteride it should be stopped. If the symptom persist consult a psychiatrist. You can consult me for any further help required.
