Hi Sir, I am currently facing the problem in my left leg, sometimes in a week or two, I feel a sudden current flow in left leg where I feel like some nerve has been displaced or some current is flowing from waist to foot and Because of this I am unable to lift my left leg or stand for sometime. But this happens only when I am standing after sitting for long.

Avoid Squatting- Avoid sitting Cross legged. Contrast Fomentation (Hot and Cold). Quadriceps strengthening exercises-
