Hi, I am a 27 year old person and from recent few weeks, I am getting radiating headaches just after my workout. It usually starts if I am running or lifting weights. The location of headache is in the back of the head just above neck. I even tried to relax for few days but after revisiting GYM, the pain starts again. Its like a throbbing pain and I feel it like any artery in the back of head pumping very vigorously. What could be the issue?

Hi, Nothing to worry, it is not an artery, it must be some para-spinal muscle that is troubling you. You have some latent Trigger point over your neck that is getting irritated with the activity. It's better to diagnose your problem to get rid of this problem permanently.
