My right heel has pain since last 4 months, especially when I get up from bed in the morning, it feels severe. After 5 minutes, the pain disappears. I am frightened.

Probably you have a condition called plantarfascitis. Fill a water bottle with water and freeze it. Then roll it under your foot. 3-4 times a day. Also stretch your calf muscles. You will feel better.
Do stretching of calf muscle and ankle toe movement before you get out of bed. Also start contrast bath (hot and cold water Fomentation) and if pain still persist then visit to the Physiotherapist.
X-ray is advised hot and cold fomentation in heel.
