Hi Sir, I am 42 years old male. As a routine medical check-up, I was diagnosed positive in TMT test. As a follow up of this I had undergone Coronary Angiography, 15 days ago, which indicated multiple blockages. Even though blockages are serious in nature, more than 70%, some are 80%, no symptom of chest pain I ever felt. I am a heavy smoker. Now that I quit smoking after Angiography, my concern is whether to fix these blockages by CABG, suggested by Cardiologist. Later, on the advise of another Cardiologist, I had undergone Stress Thallium test which indicates Normal study, no indication of ischemic heart disease. With these contrasting results I am puzzled. Now my question is whether to treat blockages by medication or bypass surgery. Kindly advise.

First try to treat by medicines. If problem persist then again go for angiography to confirm blockage.
