Arip 10 mg for bipolar disorder taking since 6 years with a disease history since 2005. But irregular doses can be given to d patient due to circumstances like on alternate days. Patient is 52 year old lady mostly in maniac phase. Leading a normal life but due to any change of circumstances becomes maniac n medicine become ineffective. What to do? She can not b taken to a doctor.

Dear if tour patient is suffering from bipolar and if she is having multiple episodes, she needs life long dosages at optimal dosages. Most probably she needs same dosage at which she is stabilized. Please dnt stop medication or taper without consultation. Regards.
